Adam’s work focuses on slowing down to reconnect with the body, understand how the mind shapes perception, and regulate the nervous system so performance, decision-making, and well-being can improve naturally. Through a practical, evidence-informed approach to breathwork, meditation, and movement, He offers tools that translate into real change—supporting resilience, focus, and sustainable energy across work and life. This work is delivered through private sessions, workshops, offsites, classes, retreats, and ongoing programs designed for modern environments. These practices carried him through a life-threatening cancer diagnosis and the process of rebuilding from the inside out, and today they form the foundation of how he helps individuals and organizations reduce burnout, improve clarity under pressure, and cultivate grounded, effective leadership.

Welcome to Yoga Samadhi Columbia Gorge, a bright & spacious yoga studio located in downtown White Salmon, offering yoga, meditation, breathwork, workshops, retreats and yoga teacher trainings for the whole community.
